At EZ Step Products we strive to manufacture and sell the highest-quality universal plant-support products available anywhere. It’s really our “thing.” But sometimes, issues do occur. A defective component may escape QA inspection or a part may be missing from a package, etc. The policies listed below are meant to clearly address those issues—and others—in plain language.
Keep Your Receipt: Returns submitted without a copy of the transaction receipt may be delayed or denied.
Gift Cards Excluded: Please note that, once purchased, gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
This Site Only: EZ Step Products purchased through other channels may have different warranties and return procedures.
Reasonable Use: When used for their intended purposes—and with a wide latitude to account for creativity! EZ Step Products are supported well beyond the norm. That said, you can’t run them through a meat grinder or drive over them with a dump truck and expect warranty coverage. It’s only common sense.

If, within 90 days of purchase, you decide you do not like your purchased product, or your purchased product is defective, you are protected by our 100% money-back guarantee. Simply follow the Return Procedure steps below to obtain service:
Ten Years to Replace
As long as you’re using them for their intended purposes, all EZ Step Products have a ten-year structural/functional warranty. If our products fail or break within ten years of purchase, we will replace them at no additional cost. It’s that simple.
This is not a cosmetic warranty. Anything that’s used outside, in all kinds of weather, for years at a time, may look a little dingy, get dirty, have chips on the powder coating and collect a few scratches, etc—that includes gardeners as well as garden products!
For 90-day returns or ten-year replacements, please follow the following steps to ensure a speedy return process:
1. Find your sales receipt and make a copy. Returns submitted without a receipt may be delayed or denied.
2. Contact us by email or telephone so we can learn about your issue and get a Return Authorization (RA) set up in our system. If you return purchased products without contacting us first, your refund or replacement parts may be delayed or denied.
Communication is key: To quickly resolve any return or refund issue it’s important that you contact us in a timely manner and communicate all relevant details. We will do the same.
Once your Return Authorization has been set up we will provide an appropriate return address.
3. Send us the products listed in the Return Authorization and we’ll issue a full refund or replacement, as appropriate.
It is your obligation to pay for return shipping (shipping returned items from you to us), and we recommend you opt for a shipping method that provides tracking and/or delivery confirmation numbers for verification purposes.
EZ Step Products is not responsible for returned items that get lost or damaged in transit, so a tracking number is necessary for delivery confirmation if something goes wrong with your shipped return.
To be valid we must receive your returned products within the 90-day refund period, or the ten-year replacement period, or a reasonable period thereafter, to allow for timely return shipping.
We will pay to ship you replacement items if the parts in question are defective and are part of your valid Return Authorization.
Our return and replacement policies were created to keep you satisfied, while ensuring that we can continue to provide quality products and service to all of our customers for years to come.
We will process your Return Authorization as quickly as we can. Please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks, etc.
