Beets – Seed Count 150-175

Begin planting when soil temperature is above 45 degrees. Sow 15 seeds per foot ½” deep. Removing some plants when they get crowded, lets the remaining ones get bigger. Tops are edible as tasty greens. Can be planted every 2 weeks for a continuous supply of greens and small beets.  

Rainbow Blend (O.P) – Heirloom Organic, 65 days, soil temperature above 45 degrees. Aside from health benefits which include; significant amounts of fiber, potassium, folic acid and Vitamin C, beets come in different colors. Try this mix of red, pink, white and yellow flesh.
